What we collect, and what we do with it.
Last updated June 24, 2026
This page explains what this site collects and how it is used. Prova is in development, and we will update this page as the site and the tools behind it change.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, your organization, your email address, your message, and any areas of interest or budget range you select. We use these to review and respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and keep the correspondence needed to do that. We do not sell or rent this information. The form, email, scheduling, hosting, and abuse-prevention services involved in handling the inquiry process the information as service providers.
Discovery answers and generated notes
If you use Discovery, the answers and description you enter are sent to the AI provider configured for that session so it can generate possible engagement fits and an exploratory note. Depending on the configured model, that provider is Anthropic or OpenAI. The result is generated from your self-report; it is not an evaluation or evidence grade. Do not enter confidential personal data or sensitive program records. If you ask for the note by email, the email service receives your address and the generated note so it can send the message.
Usage data
As you browse, the site collects limited, aggregate usage data through privacy-focused analytics. This can include the pages you view, the site that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and interaction events such as the steps you complete in the Discovery experience. When it is enabled, the Discovery experience may also record a masked session replay, with text you type hidden, so we can see where the flow is confusing. These tools are configured to run without persistent cookies and without cross-site tracking.
The analytics configured for the site are Vercel Web Analytics across the site, and, when enabled, Plausible for aggregate visits and PostHog for the Discovery experience. Each processes data under its own policy.
Security
Your IP address is used briefly to protect the contact form from abuse, through rate limiting. It is held only for a short window for that purpose, and is not used to identify you.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses no cookies and runs no third-party advertising. Cookieless does not mean no data is collected; the usage data above is still gathered, in aggregate.
How long we keep it
We keep contact correspondence only as long as it remains useful for the inquiry or an ensuing relationship, subject to legal and operational needs. Analytics, model requests, email delivery data, and, when enabled, masked Discovery session replays are retained by the relevant providers under their own policies.
